We ship within the United States only. Orders over $75 ship free; standard rates for smaller orders are calculated at checkout.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days. You'll receive tracking by email once your order ships.

Returns

Unworn, unwashed items with original tags may be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

To start a return, email hello@fiae.com with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
